4wd mini from tl01

hi all, just done the tl01chop to 210mm m03 size, looks good and now im trying to figure out how to fit a msc, don't have a spare esc , any ideas please? also would love a mini cooper shell, any quality tho not a total right off. thanks

I have a spare M01 mini body - a bit tatty around the edges but useable.

Its painted red if that matters.

I'm assuming you are in the UK. Cheapest postage I can find is £4.20 via a Hermes courier - Royal Mail are now about £6+ for anything over 8cm thick

I have a liquid rubber MS Polymer, which once bonded, is bonded, far better than epoxy crap... Comes in 290ml tubes, so will last a while too

+1 use plastic weld but make sure you really clean up the join first and get it as flush as humanly possible . The better the contact area the stronger the 'weld' will be . You could even add some styrene re enforcement.

update. so repaired chassis with a superglue I use in fitting bus windscreens, will do for now until it snaps again. heres a couple of pics, she definitely aint pretty, but its all go and for my first attempt with this, including making and hacking mounts etc, iam very pleased. any suggestions, ideas are very welcome

update. got a basher shell from bigstuff,thanks again, cleaned,repaired and added new decals. not a stunner but good enough for bashing. def got the mini bug and also fitted an esc now, as its 4wd its amazingly nippy and turns on a penny.
