Well, seen as I've paid £260 including delivery so far, customs charging is going to be at worst, £52 + £15ish handling charge, so if its less than £70 I'll be happy as its then the same price as Fusion's after our discount.

I just hate the fact that you can't ring up and pay them now, you HAVE to wait until you get the letter. What century are we in again? A letter for pittys sake!

Grrrr, gimme my Egress parcelforce I'm going to call you horrible names.

First of all, just because it says "awaiting customs charging" does not definitely mean that you have been hit.

Secondly, you don't have to wait for the letter. If you have been charged then you can pay over the phone once the status is updated to "charges to be paid".

Yeah I've done it many times before the letter has landed, i buy such a lot from Japan and the US that i get hit for, they love me lol.

Anyhoo, Stella, what happened? Any clues on why such a big supplier didn't get any Egress kits to offer us? Really odd, in any case, roll on the end of the month so i can throw more moolah at the taxman lol.

Seems like very few, if any, HK sellers have received Egress stock. RC Mart have had none available yet either. I'm not even sure if RC Champ have received any either.

Still awaiting customs charging doh. Rang Parcelforce and was told that its £33, but the 'charging' needs to be signed off before I can pay...5 hours later, still unable to pay. AAAARRGGHH UK customs. Japan is that efficient it can take an order, pack it, ship it and get it to your country in 2 days flat. Once it hits the UK you hit the snails pace efficiency and have to wait twice that amount of time just pay the blighter's to let you have your parcel. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Hey guys, just thought I'd share a picture of my re-release Egress. Local hobby shop received stock a week ago.

It's still awaiting decals but it was an awesome build except for the hi-cap dampers which I had some difficulty bleeding. But all in all I'm *very* thankful that I have a chance to assemble this kit after all these years.

It's still awaiting decals but it was an awesome build except for the hi-cap dampers which I had some difficulty bleeding. But all in all I'm *very* thankful that I have a chance to assemble this kit after all these years.

Well i got these for my runner Egress , if they ever get released this year .

The Avante centre ball diff . I do have the Blue adjusters as well .

Which really begs the question: Why did Tamiya decide to NOT put the bearings into the green blister pack like the original? Foam pad bearing holder too expensive?

Would have looked much cooler if bearings were there instead of a motor plate.
