So i can't see this being true , I bet they are getting so meany

Lol - can't remember the last time any of my models turned a wheel bar setting up on the work bench

Anyway - i need something to wedge the the NIB RC10 in the corner of my cupboard :P

I highly doubt there will not be more Egress batches over the next year or two, however it really seems like there has been a major breakdown in the supply chain, which is why the stores have no clue when or if they will receive more kits. And where this leaves the re-issue 2001 body set then God only knows.

I will be distraught if I cannot get an Egress after all this. I was well on the way to building one from scratch, but sold all of the parts I had (for huge loss) when the rere was announced. I also sold my Avante BS (again for a pretty big loss) purely because I couldn't see the point of having an Avante and an Egress.

I missed out on a Top Force because I didn't preorder, and then they were gone. I hoped that getting my Egress preorder in really early would stop me missing out this time, but it's looking increasingly likely that I have missed out again.

Looks like I am just destined to never own either of my favourite Tamiya cars. :(

Don't worry bud, you will get one. It might just take a number of months for Tamiya to properly sort out the supply of them. There is simply no way they will turn down the opportunity to make money from one of their most desired kits just because of a spoke in the wheel of the production.

yes, but im sure there are people on here that have bought 3 or 4 of them never to see the light of day that will happily show you a picture of them all :rolleyes:

I'm relieved and gutted...just went to tower hobbies site with the viewpoint of 'sod it, get another one just in case'...only to see that they too are now out of stock. The dude on eBay selling them at $560 has a...wait for it...25 day handling time?!?!?!

BOOOOOOM thanks Wandy! Ordered! Not taking any chances, even if my card is smoking so bad its now starting to melt.

I hope you remembered to use your TC discount. :) Should have come in at just under £340?

I was momentarily tempted myself but I am sticking with my instinct that they will eventually end up in abundance everywhere. I also can't justify the extra £50 to £70 for the UK supplied kit at the moment. <_<

I tried to phone them to see if the were ACTUALLY in stock, but it just goes through to answer phone. I left a message, but they have not yet called back.

This may be me missing out again! ;)

I phoned them and no they havn't got them, no one in the UK has, the expected date is Tuesday 10th, I dont think they will have them then though as someone else I spoke to said "dont hold your breath"

Fusion are usually very reliable. For weeks they have had the kit listed with a release date of December 2nd and that has now disappeared, with no "out of stock" notice anywhere, so there is no reason to think they haven't got them.

Worst case scenario is you buy one online and get your money refunded if they are not there.

...as I said above, the DONT have them, I spoke to them. 10th December at the earliest.

Crikey. This is turning into something of a farce. Why are they showing it as in stock then?
