Tamiya Leopard A4 sorted

Guys just scored a Leopard A4 off the bay but as its 36yrs old, I will need some parts anyone got an idea where i can get some???

Would be nice to have a look at your project tank as you go completing it. It's a great tank, that is always nice to see.

I think if just exterior parts and the supension system, maybe still can order from Tamiya rept or LHS as the static version was released last year?

Running gears parts can be ordered from RC tank web selling, which I cannot think of any at the moment.

I think the A4 was released in 79 so is only 34 years old, which is older than most TC members here.

Not quite all of us young man lol . Seriously though if its just exterior parts have look at the Heng Long version . Most of the 'trim up' parts are interchangeable .

Is a sexy tank. The only issue was the all or nothing speed controller that came with it until was changed to a msc. Its first run tookout the two front toll hooks as it introduced itself to a curb and an hour to find the parts that came off after runing it on the lawn, thegreen paint i used didn't helped spoting the parts in the grass. I sure would like to own all 3 versions of the leopard by Tamiya. Only time, money and space would that be possible. Only a lottery winner would give me this possibility.:-|
