M-05 MiniClod

Here's a project I recently finished. I grafted 2 M-05 front sections together to make a 4 w/d 4 w/s twin motor mini-clod. Powered be 2- Exceed Rocket 2215 740 kv motors & 2-35A esc's, and a 3S lipo. The motors fit flush with the body for more steering clearance. A single C.E. servo for front & back steering. I made the shocks to get .500" more ground clearance, and used rc10 gold pan front springs. I widened a set of HPI Fuch wheels to run some fat tires (Tamiya Hornet rears). I kept the 210mm wheel base. I go back and forth between the Mini body and the HPI Porsche RSR body. I seem to only be able to post 1 photo, so here's a chassis shot.

I use image shak for hosting my forum piccys.

I'm also using 2 3racing locking diffs. The aluminum wheels are 1.5" i.d. x 1.4" wide with vintage 1.5 knobby tires. I'm looking for some 1.5 dia. paddle tires for better traction.
