23) Axial Dingo

24) Axial wraith

How do you like that Dingo? I really want one (well actually I like the Bruiser and the RC4WD TF2) but they are both pretty pricey and I hear the Dingo outperforms em both.

Can I easily put a Hilux shell on a Dingo with minimal modifications?

I originally put the defender 90 shell (the ones from china) on the chassis.

The chassis is very easy to convert to different wheel bases by just changing the lengths of the suspension rods.

My Dingo is now standard built, with the kit supplied body.

picture in my showroom

(I like to keep kits in standard configuration if possible)

I haven't really had a chance to run it, and it just sits on a shelf, (I am a big landrover Fan)

I have used the china supplied chassis for the defender shell.

used some spare hi-lift axles for the build

It is true that the scx chassis is very capable and great at scale running.

I am sure that others here have run their scx chassis much more than me, and can vouch for its abilities

Minor correction if I may... Is actually a virus...like cold sore once got it can ever get rid of it. Most people don't eat properly or get enough rest, the virus appears often...those that are fit...the virus will shows up after a few years abscence. I have been fit for about a month.. But now I feel a tingle coming and the Dr tells me could be bad as is a new nasty strain they discovered , which some of us have heard of it before...is called Capo 8x8:-D

Wow that sounds serious! With all those differentials, clearly a complex strain, perhaps regular applications of AW ointment my ease the symptoms a little ;)

Very true ;)

Already starting to brainstorm some ideas. I'm thinking 2nd Infantry Division M38, Korea, and an orange rotating LED lamp on the back or what's known as a "whoopie light"

I have 4 Lunchbox chassis vehicles.... I can justify them all to myself (I think its called denial...!)

NIB Pumpkin (Modelzone cheapy)

Racing Lunchbox (lexan Parma shell and every mod I deemed suitable)

Bashing Lunchbox (had since I was 16 and loads of mods to it)

Bashing Pumpkin (stock as a rock with an 80t motor - for my 3 year old)

Any more would be pushing it though I think!

I decided to take it slow and easy when I hit the 300 mark a few years ago ....

But the buying didn't stop :-/

Is it safe to assume you are single?

Steve (you hit a 1000 posts!),

Heh, luckily I have a little hobby money from my last business trip. :D So the Re-Re Wild One project is on the back burner.

Headed out to pick up the WW2 in a couple of hours. Already ordered an Orange LED rotating beacon (whoopie light), 2nd Infantry Division and Master Sergeant color fabric patches for Willy, 1/10 scale shovel and axe, retro sun/wind/dust US Army issue goggles for Willy, and a set of ball bearings.

Will start my own build thread for "Willy goes to S. Korea" tonight. :P

Pictures forthcoming of course

What she's going to look like:
