Did the invoice they sent you by email have the true value though? And were your requested "comments" included on the email invoice?

Yes it had the true value and it showed my comments. I paid by PayPal and the payment confirmation email showed the correct value too but not the comments.

Sorry if you already posted, but did you say what the total paid was and the delivery time? Sorely tempted by a Lunchbox, do the Japanese do Christmas sales?! Or is this another tale I may have to tell the Mrs?!!

The total amount for the FAV was £82 and delivery is circa 3 working days (depending on what time of day you order. Essentially though if you order on Monday you will have it that same week (providing it's a kit, smaller items come via snail mail).

Still waiting on my last Banzai order. Never had a problem before going with the cheap postage option, just hoping it gets here so I can continue with the FAV build...

Not sure if you already had your order Chris, but some hope for you if not - i received one of my parts orders despatched on 2nd Dec today. Hopeful the other one despatched same day, and another despatched on the 3rd will be here before Xmas - woohoo !!!

Going by EMS tracking, my order should arrive tomorrow (Sunday) or Monday. 6 days with EMS not bad considering the Xmas parcel rush. Banzai were very quick to dispatch.

I'm having LOADS if trouble with Banzai at the moment.

1. Made an order in December for a Unimog and Clodbuster, the latter of which was no longer available, and in short, I've mailed them 15 times with no answer and am now going through a PayPal dispute to get my money back. They've not answered a single mail or replied to the PayPal dispute either.

2. I made a second order in December for tyres and wheels, all of which are now 'back ordered'

3. Made a 3rd order for 2 Egresses last Friday and they are still 'processing'.

Losing patience FAST!

Yoi 100% right. Me too send them many mails for the past weeks and only they replied yesterday but what, after I opened a dispute ( which I didnt want to at all )..

They do seem to be struggling after being closed for 2 weeks at Xmas. I have four orders with them, all placed in the last week, none of which are progressing.

I'm not worried yet, I've had previous orders wait 7-10 days before they ship.

I did have a duplication of my last order - mailed them straight away and in fairness they responded within 24 hours deleting the duplicate

My latest order number is 1100 higher than the ones i placed on 6th December, so they are seeing 30-35 orders a day

Just had three order despatch emails from Banzai - all small(ish) orders of M-05 hop-up / spare parts. My main M-05 kit order is yet to be despatched. All these orders were placed 10/11th Jan so pretty good, seems they are catching up, at least with the smaller parcel orders
