Well I got an e-mail this morning to say my motors have been dispatched and to expect a refund within 48 hours, tbh it did look generic so I do not think its a reply to my e-mail.

Still if the stuff turns up and I get my refund it will be very cheap so I'm not complaining... much

I placed an order for a couple shock towers and motors on Friday and it has already shipped today with EMS tracking (and it's really shipped!).

I'd say they are caught up on all backorders of parts at least.

Good news it'll probably be about £25 on a M-06 kit, still cheaper than the UK !

That would take it to around £100... Not sure how much an alfa sprint GTA M06 was in the uk

Plus no esc so not really much cheaper at all.. More expensive items are better

M06 kit in uk is ca £130-140, so you're still 10% better off it you buy a modelsport £18 esc

Great...got an email with EMS Tracking Number. So happy as only took 2 days since the purchase has been done....:-)

its a bit pot luck whether you get an answer - if you do it will be within 24hours in my experience

Hmmm, well my refund is going through as I have had an e-mail off paypal but the card I used was cancelled yesterday by mistake after I cancelled my cheque book and the stupid girl cancelled my card by mistake...

Do we have any idea what happens with that?

Some times they take 1 week. Just wait and they will come back to you soon

My order has been marked as despatched. Woohoo. ! Ordered Monday morning GMT so 2 working days for Japan. Pretty much the same experience as other have noted.

Lets hope they follow my instructions and it will be unloaded by rubber dinghy onto the specified beach in Cornwall in the middle of the night

Depends how long it was since you ordered. Standard practice for PayPal is to put any refunds on hold until they check that the original payment cleared your account into theirs. Once it has cleared, the money will appear as a balance in your PayPal account for you to do with what you wish. In theory the card being cancelled shouldn't be an issue at all.
