To be fair, I genuinely think this chassis is for 17.5T blinky or at the very most 10.5T blinky classes hence why no one has brought out any upgrades. As the chassis cannot handle them. Thats what teh TRF series and DB01R series is for.

I am planning on running myy DF03MS later today, and not holding out for much TBH.

i ended up ordering the mono tuning chassis. hopefully its stronger then the stock one.

The mono chassis is a little stronger. Being longer it sorts some of the cars issues.

I have raced a DF03 using a checkpoint 10 double (equal to a 6.5) and the car handled it no problem.

I think you will find its the drivers that can't handle it, not the car

Its all about set up !!

The are lots and lots of hop ups for the DF03 from Yeah racing, GPM, Tamiya, 3Racing ...... the list goes on. The DF03 is one of the cars which has an abundance of hop ups available.

I currently use an 8.5 in this DF03.

well the chassis came in the mail today. looks to be the same type of plastic as stock. im gonna reinforce the part that broke on the stock chassis with some jb weld or other epoxy. ill post some pics later.

Long time no post

Hey all I just wanted to tell ya we at RCsoup are still beating the df03 ms. I am currently fabricating up a new bell crank ackerman bar after breaking the stock one amongst other tid bits.

We have two articles up on soups home page under "build ups" about this car. follow along.

I will also start posting more here.
