I believe a Blackfoot body will fit my MB.

If so, what about a King Blackfoot body?

Hi headcase, the honest answer to this is that most 257mm wheelbase chassis will fit most 257mm wheelebase bodies. It all depends on how much trimming of the shell and/or drilling extra holes you are prepared to do. If you take a look at my thunderdragon TD1 in my showroom you'll see that I have even managed to fit a F150 pickup touring car shell to a thunderdragon chassis by simply adding new front body posts (TL01),drilling different holes in the body and trimming the wheelarches. Quite simple really. hr] Please note that the monster beetle body front and rear mounts are different to the blackfoot. The monster beetle rear mounts actually go horizontal thru the side of the MB shell. If you are going to change the mounts anyway to mount a blackfoot shell then you should have no trouble mounting the king blackfoot.

The King Blackfoot has more and different mounting poitn than the 'old' Blackfoot, so you would need to fill the old holes which would require painting of the shell...

These guys are right it could certainly be made to fit but the King Blackfoot body is significantly longer than the original Blackfoot, being of similar dimensions to the clodbuster body...........its gonna look a bit odd on your MB chassis imo.
