FAV project.

My FAV arrived today, so it's time for a new project.

I have started laying down some white paint on the chassis.

While waiting for it to dry, I started on some sub assemblies

The roll cage.

The front end going together.

Today I built a wheel.

Then I built the rest.

Added the side bars, I though about painting them, but decided against it.

Rear section parts fitted.

Fitted the front end.

Shock uprights fitted.

Shocks fitted.

Electrics fitted.

Little sneak peek.

Not sure whether I will be fitting the lights on the front yet.

I was watching a re run of Lizard Lick the other day . They repo'ed a sand rail that had purple body panels and yellow wheels - and looked the Mutts Nuts .

Once Toykid has his FAV /Wild One kit on sale I can see a build coming on

This driver will be replaced in a month or two, so just a basic paint job will do, plus I'm useless at painting figures.

Driver in, and I decided to add the front lights.

Bearings, I will be using metal in the gearbox, and rubber in the wheels.

Gearbox in.

Rear coming together.

Together, just needs detailing tomorrow night.

On it's wheels.

99% finished, just needs some details adding.
