Well I have to say I like it :D

What a thing it is for bashing about! it goes where a buggy won't which makes it more usable for just picking up and heading out of the front door and with a superstock motor really shifts.

I had it flying from tarmac to medium length grass, then over jumps and it really did just take it.

The only thing I noticed is the superstock RZ did loose a little speed on the grass, although this really is to be expected I guess but I am sure I read its has the least torque of the superstock range so not sure if a BZ would be better?

Then the tyres... now I did read that the stock tyres will not last long?? I think this is for the best as they give no grip at all on tarmac.

I fairness the front end is not to bad but the rear just spins up making it difficult to keep in a straight line and I swapped ends numerous times  The transition from grass to tarmac was interesting to say the least.

Its interesting that they do not last as my thoughts would be that they must be a really hard compound to offer so little grip? So I am after some ideas for Blitzer tyres, a few of the ones I have seen banded about look more road biased and I would still like some off road performance so have we any recommendations? :)

Easy answer - proline dirt dawgs . Last for ages even on brushless , decent grip on tarmac and great on the grass and dirt .

I love my blitzer... ive ordered up some of thee...http://www.modelsport.co.uk/schumacher-vee-4-blue-truck/rc-car-products/2316

I have just been looking on modelsport and spotted those, the only thing with the proline tyres is they do not seem to do a 2wd front size to suit the blitzer and if I am being honest I am not sold on the looks.

Schumacher do sell 2wd fronts that I am guessing will fit the blitzer wheels? I think the stagger rib would look quite good on the front with the vee at the rear.

Has anyone used the Schumacher tyres?

Just a thought, do we think packing AW grease in the diff would help with the crazy wheel spin kicking the rear end about?

dirt works are a bit larger in diameter than the dirt hawgs but are much longer lasting. (I have had both)

I had dirt works on my brushless 3slipo blitzer and did wear them down eventually but it took a while.

The Schumacher tires you are looking/talking about are perfect.

I am about to order a set for my Blitzer wheels.

the Schumacher vee 4 blue on the rear and the Schumacher vee 2 blue on the front.

Make sure you put the correct foams in them.

Really looking forward to getting mine and running my Blitzer wheeled DT02 Sand Rover

Hi yes no need to pack just simply coat all diff moving parts and shafts with a coating of the grease and your diff will work much better.
