Forgive me for the necro post. I've been reviewing all of the Egress builds since I just got mine. Bjorklo great build!!!! Any chance I could get a set of those awesome carbon bf8s. I'll pay!

Thanks 🙂 glad you liked it. Unfortunately right now i don’t have much time for rc, I will let you know when that changes. Is it all the custom carbon parts you were thinking about?

I hear that! Nah just the lower front shock mounts, the BF8/9 carbon ones you made.

Today I worked on the next Carbon Fiber part, the motor mount plate. I must say it was a bit easier to do this now that I have made one part of CF.

Nope, no need to install brushless in a shelfqueen 😋. I'm still pretty old school when it comes to motor and batteries.

Nice update Björklo, one of my most beloved builds.

About the gear cover: Have you thought about modding one with windows for the dyed gears? You could  close them with Lexan maybe. I guess a complete new gear cover from transparent material is more than hard to create...;)

But what really is mysterious, is the the tube coming out of the driver figure in front? Some secret system?;)

Kind regrds,

Matthias

Hi @bjorklo How's things?

Nice video!

Did you ever sort out a sticker for some clocks on the instrument binnacle?

I used a surplus Group C sticker for mine. I have a spare one (pictured). If you would like I could post it to you.
