If the swing-arms are too far out on their rods, take front end apart again, and remove the three tubes.

Then, loosen the grub screws holding the arms to the rods, and push the rods outward, then slide the arms along the rods and re-tighten grub screws.

Reassemble into tubes and put back on.

A possibility is that the front arm shaft(s) could be bent. Disassemble the front suspension take out the shafts and roll them on a flat surface(like a tabletop) to see if they are bent!!

The picture you provided shows the front end is toed out too much. Try to lenghthen the steering tie rods to increase toe (more toe-in). The camber looks ok. It's the wrong toe setting giving the look that it's out of wack.

So outwardly adjust the tie rods on both ends. Gotcha
