CW Street-Trac Tires?

I found these tires some time ago when doing research for my Lancia Rally restoration. They are labelled as CW Street-Trac tires:

The tread pattern looks a lot like that of the old Pro-Line Striker, and the dimensions listed by sources such as (read:only listed by) Tower Hobbies states it should fit a 2.0" buggy wheel...

Are they virtually the same tire? If so, I may consider a set to tackle the street with my Tamiya Striker; a search on this forum turned up a very nice-looking Grasshopper II wearing the Pro-Lines.

I would find it interesting if they were, given that Pro-Line has a 2.2" variant known as the Striker II, using the same tread pattern but obviously different overall dimensions.
