Sand Blaster JR Front Tire Decals

Gentlemen,

I had read a thread recently where someone had created some clear/white decals to make your re-release Sand Blaster JR front tires looks like they have white letters. Since Tamiya did not produce the re-release versions with the lettering, I have been wanting a set for my re-re Rough Rider & Fast Attack.

I have the ability to make such decals myself, but I am wondering if there is a legal or licensing issue that would prevent me from making them and offering them for sale to the members of Tamiya Club.

Does anyone have first hand knowledge on this topic? Thanks in advance.

You can make the decals but you are not allowed to sell it on the tamiya club website unfortunately. Maybe in another place.

Let me know if you make some i would be interested in it. I have a friend who can make those too but i didn't have time to pass by him yet. He uses 3m decals on all his products. They are great..

If you can make it earlier that would be good.

yeah, there's a few dozen out in the wild

Looks ok when freshly applied but gets dirty fast when run.

They don't stay neat as long as tyre stickers for a onroad.

T was too lazy/cheap to arrange usage of all "proper" brand names from olde,

be a good guess that Sand Blaster Jr became casualty from the same bullet.
