Tamiya Striker Camber/Lowering Kit?

I saw an item online advertised as a 'Camber & Lowering Kit' for the Tamiya Striker and Sonic Fighter. I have never seen anything like this before; it was produced by a company called 'Miracle Speedway.'

Does anybody have any experience with it, or (more importantly) know what it actually does? I wonder if it is intended for the front or rear suspension, or both. An image is below:

I wanted to guess that it allows camber adjustments and lowers the car's stance, but were there really enough people racing Strikers back in the day to warrant a kit for that purpose? The Striker's front camber already gets adjusted through regular use!

(on a side note, it is interesting to see items like this surface; two weeks ago I was unaware somebody made front and rear stabilizer bars for the Striker and Sonic Fighter...)
