I would like to think that I might have had something to do with it, but I am probably dreaming.

I sent an email to Tower on April 24, 2014 asking Great Planes to reconsider selling Kyosho products.

Tower replied on April 25th that they would forward my request to the Great Planes Team but did not give much hope because it was Kyosho that originally terminated the relationship.

I took this as a hint to send a similar email to Kyosho, so I did, though their web site, but never received a reply.

I figured a two-prong approach from both sides might get them talking again.

Maybe many other people did the same thing I did and they finally decided to try it out?

Either way: Awesome! This is huge and like shenloco said, it is just like the good old days!

Thank you Kyosho, Kyosho America, Great Planes and Tower Hobbies! I always enjoyed looking at the Tower catalogs with Kyosho vehicles in the first few color pages at the front of the book. Here's to a hopefully long and prosperous relationship.

..... And I just ordered 2 kits from Tower. $439.98 - $60 coupon = $379.98 w/free shipping. ($190 ea)

Now what am I going to do about the 2 I ordered from Evolution Hobbies?

seems like everything is cheaper within the States.

now the other 2 you order, why selling them silly...unless you plan to have 1 runner, 1 for spare, 1for display and 1 for NIB/sell later.
