Parked the Axial build so I could finish preparing the body. Have added tabs to the nose using plasticard and some plastic welding. Also made holes for front and back LEDs. Need to let the new filler properly harden off, but nearly ready to spray!

Front light bar...the Scorcher nose doesn't come with one, so the tabs aren't present (but the indicators are, hence the holes that have been filled half way down the nose!)

As you asked, just finished up the primer coat earlier today and gave it a light sanding. Big thanks to kontemax for telling me to leave it alone and let it dry properly between filling and painting..it's no doubt resulted in a very smooth finish. All of the joins around the nose cone and sunroof are invisible, as are the holes that were filled.

How many stupid little cans of Tamiya paint am I gonna need to do this bad boy inside and out to a high standard you all reckon? Or is there a Halfords spray paint alternative?

Yup...what mongoose said. I accidentally bought a scorcher (or blitzer?) window which came with the rear lens but no rear window, so I used those. They sit in the sockets and will glue to the bracket I inserted.
