You can cut your own NACA ducts, and build up the edges with scrap Lexan. However with the pre-moulded ones it is a lot easier to get a good-looking result.

Max, for lexan repairs and reglueing lifted decals on lexan, I have been using Shoe Goo clear with good success. It stays flexible and won't make the materials brittle.

Yep, the product is made for fixing shoe's soles. If you want to see if the COMPANY making it is in your country, try looking up SHOEGOO.COM and go from their, the other line of product this company makes commonly has the name GOOP in the name and they have a wide range of adhesives, so hopefully there is ONE product or two that are in Italy, but if not, there is always eBay as it could be bought and shipped. It is seemingly easy for me to pop down to many a big box store from my house and get a whole bunch of their brands of adhesives, either found at Walmart, Lowe's or even the auto parts store, so don't give up Max, you will find it I bet.

Failing that, you may find the same product under a different name from a different company. Just like many companies make cyanoacrylate adhesive (superglue) and sell it under different names, so too do many companies make clear polyurethane glue (shoe goo) but call it something else.

Here in Lincolnshire I find it most commonly available under the name of Unibond Repair Extreme Power Glue, available from B&Q, as well as many other builders' merchants.

Shoe Goo???

Is it a glue for broken shoes? This product is not present here in Italy... :(

Max

Ciao Max,

Im sure a shoe repair shop in Italy will have a similar glue. It is used to re glue the sole of the shoe. It's very similar to rubber cement glue.

I too am interested in lexan mods. I'd like to be able to flare the fenders on my BoLink/RJ Speed 67 camaro body if the need arises
