Radio that allows 'toggle' switch gear change

I'm looking at getting a high lift. I have had a scania in the past with a futaba t4exa. I was never keen on changing gear with the stick and shift gate.

Does anyone know of a radio that allows gear change by a 3 position switch ?

I have set up a lever on my Sanwa M12 to use for the shift servo. I set it up to have 3 pre-set positions, one for each gear. The lever has a notch in the center, so its easy to find the 2nd position. 1st and 3rd are just full left or full right. You can get to it with your thumb so its easy to shift while driving. Works great!

I had this for a F350 Highlift though, not a truck.

All but the most basic Spektrum radios have a 3-position switch option. I use it for the winch on my CC01.

could pick up a cheap traxxas radio they have a red flip switch right where your thumb grabs the radios handle in a nice position.

That looks ideal twinset. Great price too !

Seems like a much better way to change. Always find the stick and shift gate fiddly. Shift gates probably work better if your using the mfu I suppose.

traxxas 3 channel radios are much better the 3rd channel switch is perfectly put by your thumb around the handle ...they made it this way purposely for switching gears in there trucks.

Here is another way to do it if you have one of those fancy Futaba computer radio 4PK I believe.

This guy program it so you can shift with assigned buttons as well as operating the wrench. The Traxxas probably will be best way to go but I'm just showing something that is done differently.

My dx3c can assign 3rd channel as 2 or 3 position to any of the five programmable buttons. They don't have three "stable" positions, they act as up/down switches
