Okay I know esc's have turn limits for low turn motors does this work the same with high turn motors?

I'm looking at getting a 70t for my CC01 do I need to be careful with what ESC I use? or will a standard esc work fine? thanks

I would say that a standard ESC will be fine. My experience of high turn motors is that although they have more torque at a given RPM, the overall RPM is much lower and therefore the power output (and consumption) of the motor is lower. I had no problems running 80turn motors in my 10Kg steel king tiger tank with 27T limit mtronics ESC.
