i,ve just read in a 1983 MODEL CARS magazine, that there was a company called NODIS producing brass gears and diff units for the holiday buggy and sand rover cars - price (in 1983) was £24.50 for just the diff, or £36.00 for a complete gear set - including the counter gear - also made of brass. those gears were nearly the price of the kit itself!. has anyone actually got a diff fitted in their holiday buggy or sand rover? - more to the point, what does it drive like?.

Did you ever get any mail on this subject. I was also looking at old mags and reading about the Nodis geared diff. I would love one now!
