Will this charge a 1/1 car battery?

It just keeps saying low voltage.

i cant see that charging a 1.1 battery mate . Max is 4 amps - too low IMO . its that or you have a dead cell

Got it taking a charge now, it's taking 0.6A and showing 12.25V , it was at around 7-8v when I turned it on.

Using my mates charger which is the xbase 2.0 but the black one with more options.

Keeping a very close eye on it though

Got it up to 13.2V, went out to hook it up before dark,

was enough to turn the engine over but not enough to start it, guess the battery is goosed?, it has been sat for a while though.
