They look like vintage Tamiya/CRP wheels for a Lunchbox/MP? - I have 2 pairs of fronts just like that - 1 pair in chrome, 1 pair in natural plastic (white) - GL with the sale OP! Seems like a good deal! I don't think It'd be more than $5GBP to ship those..

The Hilux Monster Racer was sold today and the extra wheels went as part of the package.
