WT-01 (Mud Blaster 2 ) shock tower and shock options

I have just finished putting the front and rear sections together and do not want to have to build the horrible standard shocks.

Someone mentioned alloy shock towers allowing the use of longer shocks but I have googled and cannot find any options.

Anyone got knowledge or a source? Any ideas or experience welcome.

Great I will get a couple ordered. I have not joined TC yet but now might be a good time.

If I have done it last week I could have got a lump off my last lot of shocks

What length can I go to with the plates fitted?

That's what I used, in black...probably even followed that guide! Stuck on some cheapo nylon 100mm Traxxas Emaxx shock (I think?....was 2 years ago!) and it's perfect.

no problem - and its still running strong 100mm shocks fit fine .

Two plates and two pairs of shocks on the way. An extra 50% on the cost of the kit but sure it will be worth it :-)
