For Sale :: Ford Escort RS Cosworth Repsol shell in, er... not the greatest condition

For sale is my Ford Escort Cosworth Repsol body shell. Originally bought off eBay back in 2010, because it looked quite good in the photos, once I received it, it wasn't AS good as I thought. After a few runs the paint starting chipping and falling away from the shell, and the shell itself seems brittle in some places, as does the paint. There is a fair crack on the front left See photo) whch I did try to repair with super-glue. The previous owner also seems to have attempted black-lining or whatever it's called. I've managed to rub most of it off, but a little remains.

I had bought some of the original red and orange paint to try and refill the resulting gaps, but that didn't work. As you can see from the photos, it's escalated beyond anything I can repair. So I thought I'd try to sell it, maybe to a professional restorer, or someone who has the knowledge and equipment to maybe refurbish and/or repair the body.

It does still come with both wing mirrors and the Whale Tail spoiler, which to be honest seems to be in a much better condition than either the body or the mirrors. At some point, I drilled two addtional holes so it could fit both the TA-02 chassis, and the TT-01 chassis.

Due to it's.... condition, I'm not really sure how much I can even ask for it withtout everyone going "Bite me" so I guess I'm open to offers. If anyone IS interested, then God help you, PM me and I can only ship within the UK.
