I bought a speed passion revington a I have no idea how to download (drivers) to change settings on PC

Please excuse posting drunk and making fun of your thread's title. I thougjt "how about looking for downloads on the speed passion website", but apparently it seems there are loads of instructions, but no firmware or driver downloads?

How to update ESC firmware?

For PC platform: You need a Reventon Smart LCD / LED program card and a Mini USB cable. Download Reventon PC interface from website. Install the setup.exe and USB driver. Connect Reventon Smart LCD / LED program card to PC by mini USB cable. After the program card is recognized, open Reventon PC interface and connect ESC to Program card. Click “update firmware” button and select firmware for update.
For smartphone: You need a Reventon WIFI module (apple iOS device such as iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) or Reventon Bluetooth module (Android device with Bluetooth function). Download “Reventon” app. Connect ESC to module. Switch on ESC, establish connection between wireless module and smartphone. Run Reventon app, click update firmware button and select firmware for update.

I downloaded what they had on speed passion but still no sign of downloading drivers can't connect I did follow instructions on sure but there ain't an option to download USB drivers been at it for hours

Well, then I guess it's up calling the guys from speed passion themselves for support, isn't it? Please let us know if they were able to help you.

Read the manual closer. The mention of USB drivers comes later in the manual. I agree the manual not only requires a magnifying glass, but is a bit all over the place. You have to navigate to where you have saved the Reventon software, there will be an additional folder with the USB files with an executable file you have to run.

I just checked my manual, read step 14.

PS, this Speed Passion software doesn't work well with Windows 8.1. It will D/L, and appear to work correctly, but you can't do any firmware updates with a Windows 8 machine.

I noticed with the motor it delivers power different than brushed motor with brushed if you throw stick forward it lights up tyres with brushless it just pulls of the goes like mad

you can fine tune the punch - in other words the amount of torque at take off .
