I'm kind of dissapointed at Stella's price of $205, considering Tower has it listed for only $160. Was hoping to snag two or three of these if they were in the $120-130 range, which I think is the fair price since Stella has the TA02T trucks listed at $120-135.

That page is currently set up specifically for those who pre-ordered the kit. They have been given a discount code to enter, which then brings the price down to $105. The $205 price you see is there to deliberately dissuade anyone else from buying the kit.

I have no idea what will happen if someone actually goes ahead and tries to buy the kit for $205. I imagine that the site will somehow block the transaction.

I'm going to order a pair from tower. At $160, free shipping promotion and a coupon code the price is very competitive for those of us in the states, in my opinion. And I normally receive my orders within 3 days, which is great for those of us that dislike waiting.

Just checking...those universals on RCMart are the Yeah Racing (#TA01-015BK) correct? Ordered a few too many things recently that have gone into the spares box

Those uni joints will only work on the rear. If it helps you need to find a set that will also fit a ta03 and cc01 ,there is a set of aluminium one that i used from rcdamper for around 16 bucks that i used in the front of my ta03 which are doing great running an 8.5t setup

That RCdamper stuff looks to be of GPM manufacture, or at least a darn good copy. I use the GPM rack in my DF-01 and FF-01 to excellent effect, so it should work well in the TA-02 too.

However I found it fit better with the drag link assembled the other way around, fitted to the tops of the arms like so:
