The first sight an injured "old dog! ... Immediately after the first treatment looked like this The body isn't the MB original, black ABS seems from Blitzer beetle. In recent years I have slowly recovered many parts of the MB and now I'm here... the "old dog" still runs ... I would never have thought of a General Lee paint/decal scheme for a Monster Beetle. Looks good and I like the wheel & tyre combo. I'm envious that you still have the original front spotlight bar - that's one thing I'm missing on my Beetle restoration !
