broken chassis, what to repair with?

Hey Guys

Stripping down my newest project (Gr B Celica) I found this section was screwed on but broken..

Whats the best product to glue this back on with?

Can you show on an exploded view what area this part is located? Then it's a bit more clear if it's a component subject to high loads or not...

Also, am I correct in thinking it is ABS plastic?

Ye its the lower Mount for the Diff..

Thanks Thommo, any ideas where to source it?

Should I repair it like a Fibreglass repair..as in grind tapers onto the joins to increase the surface area?

Havent done much with plastics as you can probably tell :)

Best to talk to your local smash repair guy or the Wurth rep in your area. Might need the gun too. It's actually pretty expensive stuff but the strength and hold is awesome. Wurth also sell the fibre matting patches that you can add to the repair for more strength.
