Postal time from France to UK

Fellow members. What would be a normal delivery time for airmail from France to the UK.? I ask because I purchased some items from a France based Ebay seller that has pretty good feedback overall and has done circa 6000 trades with 30 negatives but the items have not turned up. I realise that Easter would cause some delays but it has been over 10 days aready. I made an error and purchased something else a few days after the first item so it will be interesting to see if that turns up also. At least I can claim back via PayPal. The seller has responded by email to my queries so no issue with communication to date.

Has anyone else had time issues with items from France to UK?
