TGX tires alternatives

OK I know there are old threads about TGX tires and wheels but I am still looking for some tires for my TGX rims. Does anyone know if any other brands of tires fit or is there a suitable tire to cut down and reglue that might work? I wish Tamiya would actually rerelease a TGX and make plenty of tires so everyone who owns a TGX could run it knowing there was tire available.

If memory serves correctly HPI super Nitro are slightly to big.

I thought HPI Super Nitro RS4, Tamiya TGX & TGR, and Kyosho SuperTen all used the same sized tires. The other option would be to get some RJ Ride tires but I would imagine those will be even harder to find than the Tamiya stockers.
