DT02 SandViper with Scorcher body

DT-02-00129.jpg

That fits lovely mastino, I see the front arms are narrowed, I'm guessing the rears are too. Is there a build thread or anymore pics from this? I'd love to see how you did it. Looks great.

My CR-01. It's had this Proline Bushwhacker on since day one (orig body is still NIB). This is the second Bushwacker as the first was getting rough from use.

Not Tamiya - but an alternative body on the FTX Vantage Pro - trouble is, I've no idea what the body is. It came with a Madbull ebay purchase last year. Anyone any ideas? I like it because I find it reminiscent of a DynaStorm shell - one of my all time favourite looking, cool-as-you-like buggies...Must get one, one day.

Wing is an old/surplus Schumacher SV2.

Do custom jobs count? A chopped-up Lancia Rally will sit atop this WR-02:

Built 3D just in Italian language... sorry!

but a lots of "international" picture and a "secret". Rear arm from DF02 both front and rear. And, if you starts from a DT02 "serious" as Sand Viper you need himoto 08061 dogbone, if you start from a basic version as Super Fighter GR you need shorter dogbone, more or less 50mm.

The Brat shell looks great on so many chassis. I rather like the CC01 versions I have seen too. Really like the stance you have got there.

Thanks Mate and Yeah, great stance and wider track than a CC01. A proper 4WD Brat is what I wanted to achieve too. It drives great and is probably the family favourite (my kids love this one) :D

So much Sand Scorcher win in this thread. That one on the TA-02 chassis is fantastic.

Superb! Is that an easy conversion? Budget alternative to a Sand Scorcher 😀

Love all these alternate body/chassis combos guys. For some reason the bodies seem better on the alternative chassis. When I got my mudblaster 2 it was always going to have the beetle body to make a modern monster beetle. The original body and decals are still in the box. Same with my hornet bodied baja champ. It looks so much better with the hornet body.

Backtomyroots, loving the monster trucks. B)
