Bruiser wheel adapter?

I have a set of Bruiser wheels but did not realise they required special fittings. Anyone converted them to hex drive?

If not anyone need a set of Bruiser wheels?

I suppose if you were careful to keep it centred, you could use a touring car (or Mini) Dish type wheel and mount it inside the Bruiser wheel as an adaptor..

Interesting idea. Think I might just have to sell them and work on plan B :-(
