.I've not used Shoe-glu myself but I have used 'fantastic elastic' on lexan and it works , got it from the poundland store , very sticky and runny , but once cured is very good (it tacks up quickly but leave for a day or 2 to fully cure), key up the bonding surfaces first before gluing

Thanks for that. I cant mount anything under it, it's on the side of the Jimny MF01 shell. I will go for the shoe glue (Same as elastic fantastic) I have servo's stuck on race chassis that have held fast with that stuff for years :)

I've used CA before but only when the part you are gluing has some flex to it!/ is made of rubber. It's a very thin glue so relies on a good contact patch.

On my Jimny I've fitted some tiny M2.5 cap screws and countersunk the caps so they are flush with the snorkel.
