WANTED: Original Blackfoot parts (rear wheels, body mounts, screw bags)

I'm looking for the following to finish up a Monster Beetle to Blackfoot conversion. Can anyone help me out?

J1 and J6 - rear body mounts

E4 - T-bar inside the driver head

rear wheels - looking for a pair that hasn't been glued up and without a lot of road-rash
