1982 vintage Nikko Audi Quattro? That big plastic bumper under the shell looks very Nikko-ish, and they did make a silver Quattro back then, with the orange and black stripes...

Close enough! It's the radio shack Audi Quattro. I assume it was made by Nikko.

Yay!

AFAIK, many of the Radio Shack and Tandy RC cars of that era were rebadged Nikkos, although I stand to be corrected on that.

Anyway, what do y'all think this is?

My first guess would be TL-01 or M-03, but I think I could be wrong.

You are on the right track - it could be considered part of the same family...

Keep in mind that the color could be or couldn't be boxart.

Although it looks like it has a bit of "patina" on it, so perhaps it is something more likely to have been used as a runner.

Clod loadbed?

Nope, not one of those either.

I'll give you all a little clue: The boxart colour for this particular model is blue.

Nope, none of those.

Another clue: some other models use this chassis, including one with red boxart, and one with black boxart.
