Well that HPI one would be for a modern TA series chassis and it looks like they crammed a Striker underneath that vintage M3. You are right about fitting well though, it didn't usually look all that great shoving a touring car body on top an off road buggy.

Guess they used whatever chassis fit the best.

The RS200 doesn't look too bad for the hotshot?

Not sure what chassis is under the 205 though.

The Sapphire Cosworth fitted my mid custom ok,main benefit,was being able to stuff it down the inside with maybe a little 'love tap' without flipping over,as you sometimes get with open wheel racing. ;)

Not being able to make out the wheels under the 205 makes it that much more difficult to tell what chassis it might be perched on.

It's not the photo that's bad either,it's no different in the mag itself.
