looks like a road wizard to me. I just picked up one in a similar condition a couple of weeks ago. See here http://www.tamiyaclub.com/car.asp?id=53

cheers

If you don't mind telling me what you paid? I don't on w anything about on road. It is in a parts lot of off road cars I am looking at.

Is it hard to find?

Are parts very rare and expensive?

What are the values in runner and shelf conditions?

Deciding if I flip it as is or fix it up then flip, I'm just not into to on road stuff.

Thanks

happy to share, I paid about $155AUD inc delivery for this job lot. I think I got a little lucky as there weren't many bidders. Although the condition of them all isn't that great, but it was also the vintage gearboxes, gears and wheels I was after.

I can build two drivable cars and some parts, but they are far from shelf queens. As for availability, I see parts come up eBay every so often, and while not cheap, doesn't seem as dear as other vintage car parts, but to be honest I haven't looked for every part. And I haven't seen any bodies come up, so I am going to duplicate a new one.

I hoping to make one drivable, kinda basher one, but apparently the clearance isn't too great. See Blackhole Sun, he has a good write up about them.

good luck with it,
