Just thought some of you might find this interesting. My friend here speedy_w_beans linked me to this fantastic documentary ''Off-Road Warriors''. You'll find fantastic footage with the cars that inspired the early Tamiya buggies and pick-ups. The first half is VERY exciting. Okay, the soundtrack is not as good as the 1979 "Dirt" movie, but I assure you guys you're going to enjoy seeing vehicles that look a lot like those TAMIYA first 50's you have on your shelves ;)

This is excellent stuff. I would love to see Tamiya release a new line of Baja style buggies inspired by the cars racing now. You can see Hornets, Wild Ones, Scorchers and Rough Riders everywhere in that vid. Just think how well Tamiya could model some of the modern unlimited buggies and trophy trucks.
