Avante and Dynatech 02H

Dear Friends,

I have been desperate after an Avante since owning one from 1989 to 1991. The major problem I have faced is £££!

I have now ordered an 88 model from Japan which comes with a CPR unit and a Dynatech motor. The logic used was that I'd sell the electrics to help pay for the car...ugh..being poor with expensive tastes!

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas how much they are worth working..and I guess more importantly, if people are actually interested in these?

I thought I'd mention that the car will be a non runner...sit and look pretty model.

Any thoughts much appreciated.

They are rather desirable items, but don't expect huge money. It all depends on the condition of the items (pictures). I find auctions that start very low get the most attention/bidders rather than "buy-it-now" sales. To get an idea for prices, check the "completed" auctions on ebay for those items. Be sure to use the "worldwide" setting or you will be missing some.

BTW: It also depends on which CPR you have (there have been at least 4 different versions). The P-100F and P-160F are the most desirable. The P-100F is older & more rare, but condition will be the deciding factor.

Much appreciated. I have been told that it is the P100F variant and I have attached a photo above. I spent £280 including postage, although seemingly a fair price, I immediately felt terrible for spending so much money!

I'll post it for sale on this forum before ebay, but really appreciate the advice about "Buy It Now" and the worldwide option.

Yeah it's a P100f (it says so on the case). No worries on the price. Depending on the condition I would say you got a great deal. I spent about the same on one 12 years ago and it didn't have a motor or ESC.
