replacement High Lift driveshafts

My Toyota High Lift's front driveshaft snapped after only two runs. Oddly, the ones on my F-350 lasted for years. I've read these can be replaced with Traxxas Stampede shafts. Is this true? From what I remember of my departed Stampede, the yokes were through-bolted to the shafts while the High Lift yokes use a set/grub screw on a flatted portion of the output shaft. The Tamiya shafts are pricey and I don't want to just wind up snapping another.

No idea about Traxxas shafts, but have you considered Junfac ones? Hardened steel available in varous lengths to fit most Tamiyas directly, I use one on my CC-01, and it shows no signs of wear after years of regular use.

+1 for the Junfac driveshafts, I run them on my CR-01 Land Cruiser and have not had any issues.
