Padlatrak Tyres for Fast Attack Vehicle

Do Tamiya do a 1.7" version of the padlatrak tyres found on the Scorcher etc? I've seen a couple of favs with them on but can't find them anywhere.

Paddletracks are all 1.5's

FAV / rough Rider / Brat wheels are 1.7's.

You can fit the Scorcher / Grasshopper wheels and tires on a FAV with no modifications at all.

I've got some alloy fav wheels i was hoping to use. Do you know the overall diameter of a rear scorcher tyre compared to a fav rear?

Scorcher = 1.5

FAV = 1.7

You may be able to stretch them?

Thanks for the info. I know the diameter of the wheels but do you know the overall diameter of the tyres on the rear of a scorcher? I wanted to see how much smaller they were than the fav rear tyres.

The overall diameter is pretty much the same - 80mm - for the Rough Rider/FAV and Sand Scorcher rear tyres, although because of the shape of the tyre, the Rough Rider/FAV can look slightly taller.

Similarly, the front tyres are both around 72mm diameter, although the square edged Rough Rider/FAV tyres can look taller than the Smoothie which are rounder in profile.
