Avante pinion compatibilty Q

Hi Tcers,

The Avante buggy goes with a 22T pinion. The motor mount can be regulated. The manual says nothing about it but I presume it can go with other pinions. If that is correct, what other pinions would work with this buggy?? (it's the original 1988 buggy with the original Technigold motor, by the way).

0.6 module pinions from 12 tooth up to 24 or 26 tooth I believe. There are gearing recommendations in the original Egress and Avante 2001 manuals.
