Hi can any one tell me if the Tamiya version comes with the top and bottom light bars please if yes can LED's be fitted to them many thanks

One would assume "Yes" on both counts. Just remember the multi function units have 5 amber roof lights, so either have 5 amber or solder some 3mm white ones in their place.

It does come with the both top and bottom light bars but not the LEDs the mfu does not come with enough LEDs to complete theses either you will have to but them separately but make sure they are for the correct mfu
