Can anyone tell me the diameter of a Brat wheel.

If you mean what size tire it takes they are 1.7 inch. Takes the same tire as the F150-XLT.

Nope, it won't.

If you want to use those wheels on a Mini you'll need to buy a set of RC Boy's wheels (#53330*1800). They have the same tires as the Brat but rims that use hex adapters. The look a bit too big on a Mini in my opinion though.
