That is a very good price. Guessing he got a good deal on XB stuff and split the boxes to sell the radio gear and ESC on.

That's what I thought, but I thought they must be rubbish to sell that cheap.

The thing is for me I love getting the kits and building them, that's a lot of the enjoyment of RC.

Had one for years but find height clearance a bit of an issue

My mate has one, fitted with wheels from an FTX Vantage (I think) and slightly longer shocks. Ground clearance isn't as much as my Mad Bull, but it seems pretty capable offroad. Seems like quite a solid buggy too - I accidentally drove over it with my model a few times and no damage resulted.
