So I glued and put on my rear dirt hawgs tonight to complete the car. Everything seems fine when I hit the throttle holding it up in the air. I bring it outside to officially try it and the car literally drags or pulls at best. It barely moves as if a great weight is holding down. I feel like I have no luck lately.

Are the wheels rubbing on the suspension arms when you put the model on the ground?  The bearings usually have enough slop that the camber changes by a few degrees on these models.  Maybe the wheels just barely clear the arms while holding it in the air, but rub otherwise.  Try running a single wheel along the edge of a table by hand and see if you feel any friction.

Edit:. Are you using the kit wheels or some other wheels?

Stock wheels, nothing is blocking them at all. Running one wheel at a time on the ground causes no friction, smooth as can be. Diffs are smooth too.

are both axles spinning in the same direction? is one of the diffs the wrong way round?

That's a good question I didnt think of  that because when I built it I remember trying to make sure I was laying the gearbox in correctly from the manual pic

Yes Zuban the rear diff was reversed, thank you for figuring it out. I forgot about that when I started building it two weeks ago that I thought i was layin the gearbox in wrong

I did this with the front diff of my race truggy, and also did something similar with my clod when I built it
