I also get differing opinions on the Tamiya F103LM carbon chassis plate, part # 53393:

All I know is that it took me way too much time and money to track down, but it now serves with distinction on my GT-One.

And I guess the TTC Gear Train system on my Tamiya Astute hybrid is appreciably rare:

Thanks to a very generous TC member, I got mine for $115 CAD before sellers marked up prices to at least quadruple that. It was a worthwhile upgrade that made a massive difference to my car, and allowed me to run the lowest-turn motor in any of my runners to date.

It's not Tamiya, but I don't see many of these around much anymore:

I managed to score two over the years B).

Impressive ^_^ These kinds of kits are very thin on the ground now. Did Royal only make two kits (Crusher and Ripper), or was there a third or fourth?

Although there is another Crusher on eBay at the moment with 33 people thinking about it. Someone needs to buy it. I am always amazed when dozens of people "watch" rare items, thinking they can take their sweet time... often once it's gone, it's gone.

You should make more and detailed pictures of this Astute and the Avante.

And you wonder why I won't talk about a resto anymore until I've gobbled up all the needed parts first ;)

For me without a doubt it's my Parma (supposedly) Jaguar XJR-15 1/10th pancar body.   I find it most interesting because I don't see any evidence of one existing on the Internet.  It is my favorite Jaguar by a wide margin.

I'm planning on making a decal design for it like this:

After I make a duplicate body.  If I get ambitious, make 3d printed mirrors, alternate spoiler, etc.

New built original Fox with Tamiya stabiliser, original Wild One to build and my Dyna Storm runner.

None of the above is very rare but I do feel lucky to own them.
